Arrived in basecamp with snow rockets! A lot of snow has fallen the last few days, so hopefully we can trace tomorrow to camp1 :))

Fisiotics is a center for physiotherapy, health, sports coaching & coaching in Kampenhout. Our team consists of three physiotherapists, a nutritionist, psychologist and a sports coach. Together we support future, leisure or top athletes and we view it as a challenge to improve all aspects of the human body, physical and mental. Because we believe in pushing boundaries, we occasionally link group or individual training sessions to a goal: a trekking, ultra-trail, sky race, mountain bike challenge or mountain climb.
